These Booking Terms apply to bookings made with Saint Noir Experiences. They should be read together with any trip-specific information, payment schedule and booking confirmation provided for your selected experience.

01About Saint Noir Experiences

Bookings for Saint Noir Experiences are made with Saint Noir Group Ltd ("Saint Noir", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. These Booking Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Guest") and Saint Noir in respect of any Experience booked. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Booking Terms.

02Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once the required initial payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Saint Noir. Until that point, no binding reservation exists and we reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

03Prices

All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated. Package inclusions are those shown on the relevant Experience page at the time of booking. Flights are not included unless specifically stated. Optional extras, third-party services and items of a personal nature may incur additional charges and are not included in the package price unless expressly stated.

04Deposits / First Instalments

Where a payment plan is selected, the first payment secures your place once it has been successfully received. The amount of the first payment and any subsequent instalments will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Until the first payment is successfully processed, your place is not reserved.

05Instalment Plans

Where you choose to pay by instalments, instalments are due according to the schedule shown at the time of booking. Instalment amounts are displayed clearly before confirmation. The final balance must be paid by the deadline shown in your booking confirmation (currently 12 November 2026 for this departure). It is your responsibility to ensure instalments are paid on time.

06Non-Payment

If an instalment is missed, we will send reasonable reminders to the email address provided at booking. If payment remains outstanding after reminders have been sent, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the booking in accordance with the process configured for your departure. We will not automatically cancel without first following the configured reminder and notification process. You remain responsible for all amounts due up to the point of cancellation.

07Cancellation by the Guest

Payments made towards Saint Noir Experiences bookings are generally non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights and the specific terms applicable to your booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

08Date Transfer / Booking Transfer

If you are unable to travel on your booked departure, the booking value may be transferable to another available Saint Noir Experiences departure, subject to availability, notice requirements, the applicable booking terms, and any price difference between departures. Transfers are subject to our prior approval and must be requested before the original departure date. You should contact us as soon as you know you may be unable to travel. Any transfer is at our discretion and may be refused where it is not reasonably practicable.

09Cancellation or Changes by Saint Noir Experiences

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itinerary details, substitute suppliers, change accommodation of equivalent or higher standard, reschedule, or cancel a departure where necessary. Where a change is material, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If we cancel a departure, we will offer you the choice of an alternative departure of equivalent value or a refund of amounts paid. We will not be liable for consequential losses arising from changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10Minimum Numbers

Some departures may depend on minimum guest numbers. Where this applies, it will be stated on the relevant Experience page or in your booking confirmation. If a departure cannot proceed due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you and offer the choice of an alternative departure or a refund of amounts paid.

11Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in the category included in your selected package. Room allocation is subject to availability at check-in. Where shared accommodation applies, it will be allocated as described in your package. Room preferences are noted but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

12Packages

Standard and VIP inclusions are determined by the package selected at the time of booking. The specific inclusions for each package are shown on the relevant Experience page. Upgrades or additional services may be available and will be charged separately.

13Flights

Flights are not included unless expressly stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate flights to meet the stated arrival and departure requirements for the Experience. We recommend allowing sufficient time for connections and potential delays.

14Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, any required visas, and meet all destination entry requirements for the country or countries visited. You should check current requirements with the relevant authorities well in advance of travel. We accept no responsibility for guests who are refused entry due to inadequate documentation.

15Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and any activities included in your Experience. It is your responsibility to arrange your own cover unless expressly stated otherwise. You should ensure your policy covers the specific activities and destinations of your Experience.

16Health, Accessibility & Dietary Requirements

Please disclose any relevant accessibility or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can endeavour to accommodate them. You are not required to provide unnecessary medical information, but you should inform us of anything that may affect your ability to participate safely in the Experience or that we may reasonably need to know to fulfil your booking.

17Activities

Some activities may have age restrictions, supplier conditions, or require participation waivers. Activities may also be affected by weather or other operational circumstances. We reserve the right to substitute, reschedule or cancel activities where reasonably necessary. Where an activity is cancelled due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

18Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave with respect towards accommodation, suppliers, other guests and staff. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or in breach of these terms, without refund. Any costs arising from such removal will be the responsibility of the guest.

19Damage / Additional Charges

Guests may be responsible for the cost of any damage caused to accommodation, equipment, or property during the Experience, and for any additional charges reasonably incurred as a result of their actions. Saint Noir reserves the right to recover such costs from the guest.

20Third-Party Suppliers

Accommodation, transport, restaurants, activity providers and other services may be delivered by third-party suppliers. These services may be subject to their own terms and conditions, and Saint Noir acts as an organiser rather than the direct provider of these services. We accept responsibility for the proper performance of contracted services but are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers that are outside our control.

21Liability

Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. Subject to this, our liability for any loss arising from or in connection with your booking is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the relevant Experience.

22Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Booking Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, public health emergencies, or other similar events. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and seek to minimise the impact on your booking.

23Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can view our Privacy Policy here: Privacy Policy

24Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about your Experience, please raise it with us as soon as possible — ideally during the Experience so that we can attempt to resolve it. If the matter cannot be resolved during your Experience, please contact us in writing within 28 days of the end of the Experience. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond in accordance with our internal complaints process.

25Governing Law

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where this would conflict with mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of your habitual residence.
